Shipping Policy
* Free shipping on orders over €100* (Mainland Spain only).
* For other locations, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination. Please check the shipping costs before confirming your order.
* Delivery time is 1–3 business days, except in cases of force majeure.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via Integra2 or another parcel and express courier service.
Shipping Restriction
Shipping to Canary Island is temporary unavailable.
Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the goods within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned unused, unopened, with all security seals intact and in their original packaging. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted.
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for return, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
To exercise your right of return, please follow the procedure below.
Return Procedure
1. Please complete the available return form.
2. Inform our Customer Service Department of your intention to return the product by email at sales@bacenutrition-eu.com.
3. Pack the item to be returned carefully to prevent damage during transportation. Only unused and unopened items with intact security seals and original packaging will be accepted.
4. We will arrange collection from the same address where the order was delivered within a maximum of 3 days.
5. Once we receive the goods, we will check whether the return meets all the required conditions for acceptance.
6. Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, the customer is responsible for the direct costs associated with the return.
Please return products purchased online only through the procedure described above. Products purchased online cannot be returned through our stores or distributors.
Defective or Damaged Products
Please check that your shipment is correct at the time of delivery. If there are any discrepancies or problems with your shipment, please indicate them on the delivery note and sign it accordingly.
Please notify us in writing as soon as possible after discovering any damage, defect or discrepancy.
For defective products or products delivered in poor condition, we will also reimburse any return shipping costs incurred. We will automatically and immediately send you the correct product, with the shipping costs covered by us.
Refund or Replacement
The product will be refunded, replaced or otherwise remedied as soon as possible and in accordance with the time limits established by applicable consumer legislation.
All rights granted under applicable legislation remain unaffected.

Orders are subject to acceptance by B-ACE Nutrition and product availability.
Prices
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. The VAT amount will be displayed separately during the checkout process as part of the total price and will not be added on top of the price already displayed to the customer.
Shipping costs will be displayed at the end of the checkout process before the order is completed and are payable by the customer unless the conditions for free shipping are met.
